Male Breast Reduction Before and After

This is a 15 year old male who had grade III gynecomastia and was worked up for hormonal developmental causes. Treated with ultrasonic liposuction and small periareolar incision. Post op is at 2wks, the skin and areola will settle, redrape, and improve over the next several months, although early excellent results are pictured.
