Michelle Sasala

Nurse Practitioner

Michelle is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP-BC) She was a Registered Nurse for 17 years before advancing her career and obtaining her master’s degree in 2017, becoming a licensed nurse practitioner. She holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has been practicing in healthcare for the past 20 years. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio Michelle and her husband fell in love with the gulf coast and moved to the area in 2018 along with their dog, a Pomeranian named Tank. Michelle has a plethora of experience and has a passion for helping patients look and feel their best.

Liz Pfeiffer

Registered nurse

Liz joined the practice in June of 2001 and this year marked 20 years that she and Dr. Clark have worked together! Liz graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Nursing in December 1988 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The same week she graduated, she also married her husband, Tom and she traveled the world with him for the next 22 years as an Air Force wife. During her career, she has worked in Pediatrics, Pediatric ICU, medical/surgical specialties, PACU, and in the OR both as a circulator and surgical assistant. She even worked as a boarding school nurse, while she lived in England for London Central High School. Her love for plastic surgery started back in 1995 when she worked for a plastic surgeon in Las Vegas. She has three grown children Katie, Kyle, and Kendall. She loves her patients and cares for each one of them as if they were family. When she is not in her nursing mode, you will find “Spin Liz” teaching a spin class or in the gym.

Abigail Richmond

Here at Bluewater Plastic Surgery, we have a great team of patient coordinators here to assist. Joining our team in 2024 is Abigail (Abby) Richmond. She is a Niceville local and is absolutely obsessed with the local farmer’s market. Abigail loves water related activities, but also embraces her inner beach bum as often as possible. She is the mom to three beautiful kitties, one who was saved here in the Bluewater Plastic Surgery parking lot! Lastly, Abigail is a recent graduate from the University of South Florida and hopes to learn more about the healthcare field through this opportunity. Whether you are scheduling appointments or exploring our services, she is eager to ensure a seamless and hassle-free healthcare experience for all patients.

Maya Newell 

Aesthetician 

Maya is a licensed esthetician originally from Virginia. She is a military spouse who relocated to Florida in February with her Air Force husband. Maya specializes in facials and facial massage, with a focus on results-driven treatments and modalities. With skin health being her top priority, Maya enjoys spending time studying ingredients and reviewing clinical research for our medical grade skincare lines - Obagi and Skinmedica. She offers skincare consultations to direct clients toward at-home skincare that will make a lasting difference in their skin health, taking into consideration their lifestyle and unique skin goals. In her free time, Maya enjoys spending time poolside or at the beach - slathered in SPF of course! As a self-proclaimed foodie, she also loves exploring restaurants in the area that offer unique eats.
