   After your consultation with Dr. Clark our Patient Care Coordinator will discuss the cost of your procedure with you and possible surgery dates. You will receive a quote that you can take home with you that day. Payment for all surgical procedures must be paid in full two weeks prior to the date of your surgery. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment. We do understand that some patients may require financing to pay for their procedures.
